Every morning I wake up enormously grateful for my life...

I live in beautiful North Devon,just five minutes from the beach and with no reason to drive anywhere unless I need to travel somewhere else in the country for work.

I work with a group of highly motivated people of varying abilities with with extremely diverse goals, who challenge themselves on a daily basis. And I get to do something I love doing for a living.

My mum and dad taught me that anything is possible if you'll just believe it and work for it. "There's no such thing as can't," was almost a mantra in our house.

My friends continue to challenge me to be the best that I can be, whether in my relationships, my work or my sport. Being surrounded by amazing and supportive people is a true gift.

My wife Rachel inspires me every day to get up and get out the door, puts up with my moods when things aren't going as I'd have them go and makes the good days even better!

Like I said, I have a lot to be grateful for!
